  • Simple lesson plans with videos and activity suggestions, that teach children about anxiety, stress busting tips and the importance of facing (not avoiding) life’s challenges
  • Support and practical guidance on establishing a culture of ‘doing hard things’ within your entire school community
  • Parent support, including the opportunity to submit questions and have these addressed by Dr Kaylene Henderson plus newsletter copy and shareable video tips that reinforce whole school learning
  • Discounted Courage Coaching course registrations for those families whose children need more intensive support
  • Professional development for your teaching staff on the topics of anxiety and resilience and on sensory processing challenges. These are available as one-hour pre-recorded webinars which can also be shown and discussed within your staff meetings if preferred
  • Posters to display key learnings and resilience-building messages within your classrooms and around your school
  • A ‘We’re a Team Courage School’ digital badge to display on your school website and marketing material, as a sign of your commitment to student’s mental health and wellbeing
